Baklava naturally keeps well: without kaymak it stays fresh at room temperature for about 15 days in summer and up to 30 days in winter \u2013 without any preservatives. A few days in a parcel don&#8217;t hurt it.<\/p>\n<p>We bake fresh every day, pack your order on the day of dispatch in a film-sealed box and hand it straight to the carrier.
