That means more pieces per box and a balanced mix of pastry and pistachio in every bite \u2013 ideal for tasting and for gifts.<\/p>\n
Yufka (wheat flour), Boz pistachios from Antep (first grade), clarified butter (sade ya\u011f) and \u015ferbet made from pure sugar and water \u2013 no glucose, no additives, no preservatives.<\/p>\n

We cannot rule out traces of other allergens.<\/p>\n At room temperature, well closed and out of the sun, our baklava keeps for about 30 days in winter and about 15 days in summer.
