Baked fresh in Berlin, packed on the day of dispatch and sent to you with DHL or DPD – to Hamburg, Munich or Cologne just as much as to Vienna, Amsterdam, Brussels or Paris.
Freshness
Does baklava stay fresh in the post?
Yes. Baklava naturally keeps well: without kaymak it stays fresh at room temperature for about 15 days in summer and up to 30 days in winter – without any preservatives. A few days in a parcel don’t hurt it.
We bake fresh every day, pack your order on the day of dispatch in a film-sealed box and hand it straight to the carrier. Once unpacked, keep the baklava dry and at room temperature, not in the fridge.

We deliver across Germany and to every EU country. Orders placed by 4 pm (Saturdays by 2 pm) leave the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays. Costs depend on weight and country; these are the prices for a parcel up to 1 kg:

About delivery
Can I order baklava to Austria, the Netherlands or France?
Yes. We deliver to every EU country – to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg with DPD from €11.00, to France with DHL from €16.10. Outside the EU, for example Switzerland or the UK, we deliver on request.
How fast will my baklava arrive?
Orders placed by 4 pm (Saturdays by 2 pm) leave the same day, except on Sundays and public holidays. Within Germany delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, to other EU countries 2–7 working days.
Can I send baklava as a gift to another address?
Yes. Just enter a different delivery address at checkout – for example your family’s in another city or another country.
What if the parcel arrives damaged?
