Within Germany we ship with DHL, to other EU countries with DHL or DPD depending on the country: orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days, and delivery usually takes 1–3 working days. Within Germany shipping is free from €60, below that it starts at €5.80; to other EU countries the cost depends on weight and country. See all prices on our shipping page (German).

First-grade Boz pistachios from Antep, clarified butter (sade yağ), pure sugar and 40 paper-thin layers of yufka – no glucose, no additives, no preservatives. Made fresh every day in our own kitchen. Our baklava contains, among others, gluten (wheat), egg, milk (clarified butter) and tree nuts (pistachios or walnuts). We cannot rule out traces of other allergens – if you have an allergy, please ask us before ordering.

Baklava without kaymak keeps at room temperature for about 30 days in winter and about 15 days in summer. Keep it well closed and out of the sun. Varieties with kaymak (clotted cream) should be kept in the fridge and are best enjoyed the same or the next day.

No – baklava without kaymak is best at room temperature. Keep it well closed, dry and out of direct sunlight; in the fridge the pastry turns firm. Only varieties with kaymak belong in the fridge.

Baklava with walnuts costs €27 per kg, baklava with pistachios €34 to €43 per kg depending on the variety – our classic baklava with pistachios, for example, is €34/kg. Every variety comes in 0.5 kg (from €13.50) and 1 kg; current prices incl. VAT are in the shop.
