Order baklava online – handmade in Berlin
Since 2009 our masters, trained in Gaziantep, have been making fresh baklava in Berlin every day: 40 paper-thin layers of pastry, pure clarified butter and Boz pistachios from Antep – no glucose and no preservatives. In our online shop you can buy the same baklava as in our Berlin shops: from classic baklava with pistachios to Yeşil Burma, Kadayıf and Fıstıkzade to baklava with walnuts, each in 0.5 kg or 1 kg.
Delivery across Germany: we ship with DHL within 24 hours on working days, and delivery usually takes 1–3 working days – to Hamburg, Munich, Cologne or right to your door. Shipping within Germany is free from €60, and we deliver to the rest of the EU too. Without kaymak, our baklava keeps for 15 to 30 days at room temperature, depending on the season.
